We have been privately owned since 2009, led by principal dentist Dr Alistair Graham and a small team who have worked together for years and genuinely take the time to know you. Mona Vale Dental is owned and led by Dr Alistair Graham, who has practised for more than 25 years. He earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Bristol and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in Oral Implants at the University of Sydney. A Digital Smile Design Master and educator, he teaches other dentists and directs the Northern Beaches International Team for Implantology Study Club, a group of dentists he leads to discuss complex cases and advances in modern dentistry, named International Team for Implantology Study Club of the Year 2026. Alongside him is a close team, including Dr Chase Gatland and long-standing hygienists, so your family sees people who know your history.

The trip from Frenchs Forest is a straightforward one, roughly 20 kilometres by car. Most patients head across on the Wakehurst Parkway and Warringah Road before joining Mona Vale Road down to the coast.
If you are near the Northern Beaches Hospital precinct, Glenrose Village or the shops along Forest Way, you are only a short drive from us, and many patients fit an appointment in around work at the hospital or a weekend near Lionel Watts Reserve. You will find the practice on Waratah Street in the middle of Mona Vale village, with the shops and the beach close by if you want to make a morning of it.
