After booking your appointment, we’ll send you a welcome pack (with information about our practice) in the post or via email. We’ll also give you a medical history form to fill out when you arrive. We can ask your previous provider to share your dental records with us if you complete the ‘release of records’ form.

During your initial appointment, we’ll focus on checking your mouth for any dental problems. This clinical examination is based on a thorough oral check, which includes dental x-rays and photos using our state of the art technology.
We won’t carry out any procedures during this session unless we’ve previously talked about it. If you need treatment, we’ll discuss all the options and devise a strategy that works for you.
